If you are unhappy with your order for any reason, you can return it back to us for a full refund, minus the original shipping cost within 60 days of receiving your order. Shoes Don't Fit?
Our shoes are true-to-size, but if for any reason the shoes you receive don't fit, please contact us using our contact form and we will do our best to make things right. We offer a one-time 100% free size-exchange within 30 days of delivery.
Returns must be requested within 60 days of receiving your order. Orders past 60 days are not eligible for a return.
If you received a product that is incorrect or damaged, please contact us right away and we will do our best to correct that.
Your refund will include the price you paid for the item, plus any sales tax, but will not include any shipping charges.
You will be responsible for paying for your own return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Please allow your credit card issuer or bank, 2-5 business days to post the refund to your statement.
Once an order goes into production, we cannot modify or cancel it. It is the customer's responsibility to make sure the shipping information provided is complete and accurate.
